Concord River Greenway, Lowell
June 11, 2023 @ 7:00 am - 9:00 am
You don’t always need to be in the woods, mountains, or at the shore to find birds. Many of these adaptable creatures find urban settings quite hospitable. We will walk along the rivers, canals, and islands of green in the mill city looking for breeding birds as they go about their business of raising the next generation of birds. This two-hour walk is suitable for beginners and will be over mainly flat and paved surfaces but may cover two miles or more on foot. Co-sponsored by the Lowell Parks and Conservation Trust and limited to 20 participants. Register at: https://lowelllandtrust.org/urban-birding
