Slow walk of about two miles on slightly hilly trails to check out year-round resident species in the Sanctuary’s woodlands, wetlands and fields. With leaves off the trees, it should be easy to spot the birds that haven’t headed south, and perhaps some winter visitors. Restrooms open from 8:00 AM. Canceled for rain. Note that there is an entrance fee for those who are not members of Mass Audubon. We start before the office opens so the fee or membership should be presented upon return to the parking area.
