Littleton - Long Lake Park Littleton, MA, United StatesLong Lake Park is a 180 acre parcel of Littleton conservation land. It hosts a variety of woodland and grassland habitats as well as undeveloped shoreline. We will walk about 2 miles of wooded trails and meadows looking for fall migrants and year round residents. No restroom facilities.

Lincoln - Hartwell Tavern Parking Lot 112 North Great Road, Lincoln, MA, United StatesThis is often a great place for fall sparrows including Savannah, Field, White-crowned and Lincoln’s as well as other migrants and raptors. This will be a two-mile walk. A scope may be helpful if you are comfortable carrying one.

Cambridge - Fresh Pond - TD Bank 235 Alewife Brook Pkwy, Cambridge, MA, United StatesTHIS TRIP HAS BEEN POSTPONED TO SUNDAY OCTOBER 1 - A two mile walk on (mostly) paved paths around the pond. In addition to the “usual suspects”, we are likely to see some of the fall warblers, plus possibly a few of the Weird Ducks that have started to arrive.

BBC field trips are open to all participants. Unless otherwise stated, all trips are free to attend and do not need preregistration.
